HEATING & COOLING

SERVICE - NEVER A SERVICE / TRIP CALL CHARGE

We offer a complete and thorough service department, servicing all makes and brands of heating and cooling equipment.  Our experienced technicians will troubleshoot your equipment, explain your repair options and provide a straight forward price to fix the problem.

Furnaces and central air conditioning systems should be serviced every one to two years to operate at peak efficiency, thus lowering gas and electricity consumption and, possibly, preventing problems before they arise. Presently, we charge:

$74.00 for a furnace clean & check

$74.00 for a central air conditioning clean and check

$95.00 for a furnace and central air conditioning clean and check.

NEW INSTALLATIONS
If you are considering replacing your current furnace and/or central air conditioning system, American Standard/Trane offers a variety of dependable products to suit your home.  Whether you are interested in standard 80% efficient furnace or a 95% efficient hybrid system, American Standard has the right system for your home.
