We offer a complete and thorough service department, servicing all makes and brands of heating and cooling equipment. Our experienced technicians will troubleshoot your equipment, explain your repair options and provide a straight forward price to fix the problem.
Furnaces and central air conditioning systems should be serviced every one to two years to operate at peak efficiency, thus lowering gas and electricity consumption and, possibly, preventing problems before they arise. Presently, we charge:
$74.00 for a furnace clean & check
$74.00 for a central air conditioning clean and check
$95.00 for a furnace and central air conditioning clean and check.
NEW INSTALLATIONS
If you are considering replacing your current furnace and/or central air
conditioning system,
American Standard/Trane offers a variety of dependable products to suit your
home. Whether you are interested in standard 80% efficient furnace
or a 95% efficient hybrid system, American Standard has the right system for
your home. Most systems come with a 10 year parts and labor
warranty.
We can meet with you to explain each system and discuss the pros and cons of which to install based on the duct system, and size and set up of your home. We are more than happy to provide brochures for each system and recommend the one beneficial for you. Links to the left transfer to the American Standard website for additional information.
